Submitted by admin on Tue, 04/03/2008 - 12:22.
We've been asked if anybody's interested in helping out at a holiday program called Kraftworks for Kids over the term 1 school holidays. They're looking for people aged up to 20 to help show kids aged 9-14 how to paint models. Further details are in the attached PDF, or ask us about it on a Saturday.

More Information
Hi!
I'm the one doing the asking so I thought I'd post a little more info. The Junior Leader position pays $13.50 an hour so that works out at about $110.oo per day. As the Easter Monday is a public holiday Kraftworks runs from the Tuesday to Friday and then the following Monday to Friday. As a Junior Leader you'll be responsible for one table of up to six attendees. Your role involves providing some tuition, providing some assistance, and setting a good example (in the case of figurine painting, showing them what can be achieved with practice by working on your own pieces while they work on theirs).
If you are interested in joining us then please send your CV (if you haven't worked before just tell us a bit about yourself and why you'd like to work at Kraftworks) to ian.plumb@kraftworks.com.au and visit the website to have a look at all the different activities we offer. There is a training day on the Easter Monday where we'll show you all the different activities we offer.
Many thanks!
Ian Plumb
