Greg, pete tells me the plan for boards is to pick up the same ones that seem to end up at all the tournaments around melbourne. 

I'm gonna try get all my assignments done before friday so I can come help move them around if that'd help. I may even be able to get mum's car, which I reckon will hold some if that's needed.

So whatever your plans are, let me know if I can help.

Aaron is looking after it

Yes, we're borrowing the boards from Games Workshop. They're stored somewhere out near Ringwood, and have to be picked up during business hours. Aaron is coordinating this, and I believe he is going to take a trailer to pick them up. Noakes is also in on the plan in some way. Once they've been picked up, we'll meet up at the HCC in the evening and set everything up. So basically, if you want to know more specifics about the plan, you should speak with Aaron.

Hmmm, evening Friday is when I work unfortunately, but I'll try help out if timing fits in that afternoon. We'll see how things go.

Friday Evening

Well i'll come down to help out on friday evening, once everything is set up are we allowed to play a warm up game on the tables?

Ben and I were thinking about doing it as he wont have played warhammer for 3 weeks before the tournament. He gets back thursday morning so he will be at the tournament.

I don't know that we're going to want to be hanging around the HCC for long enough for you guys to play a practice game after we've set everything up. I suspect there will be a lot of work going into making sure everything is ready, and given how busy the weekend is going to be, I don't think I want to be there all night. I don't know, maybe I'll have a change of heart closer to the time, but I wouldn't bank on being able to play.

I finish Uni tommorow, so I am free to venture forth with teh Aaron on teh Friday and also to emplace boards at teh Cloob after wards. I can even give him back all hisDwarf bits!

Aaron is playing. Actually, at present the count stands at 15 HGC players, 12 others. So yes, there are a lot of HGC players kicking about...
